Heather Payne - Founder & CEO

Heather is the Founder & CEO of Toast91, which is working to help abuse victims access support online more simply, as easy as making Toast! She founded Toast91 after working for 20+ years in corporate and scale up environments as a CTO. Blending together her personal experience of abuse and her expertise in technology to create much needed change in support services.

She also works part time as a CTO/CIO Advisor and Executive Coach and offers technical expertise in scaling technology teams, technical strategy and roadmapping, organisational design and career development. This work funds the vital work for Toast91 until the company can sustain itself financially.

She is a proud Neurodiverse (autism, ADHD & dyslexia) single mum, which means she has enhanced resilience & problem solving capabilities (as well as spelling and grammar challenges!!) She uses these differences to help promote diversity, inclusion and equality.

Paul Mills - Lead Developer

Paul is a highly experienced Technical Architect working within SaaS and cloud based technologies. He brings a wealth of experience both commerical and personal to the role.

He is a dad of 3 and loves DIY and helping other people.
